Bookings & Cancellations

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled experience will normally be rescheduled.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be processed.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refundable, as horses and staff are reserved specifically for your booking.

Our rides operate in most weather conditions. Even during the wetter seasons, rain in this part of Sri Lanka usually comes as short passing showers rather than all-day rain, and our 2-hour+ riding time slots allow flexibility to work around the raincloud. The horses actually enjoy light rain as it is cool and fun for them. We recommend bringing a light rain layer or a change of dry clothes just in case we get caught in a downpour. 

If we need to cancel due to horse welfare, weather conditions that make riding unsuitable (including extreme heat), or instructor availability, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
