Terms of Service

MOZO Horse Riding Farm

By booking an experience with MOZO Horse Riding Farm, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to help ensure a positive experience for both guests and horses.

Nature of the Experience

Horse riding is a physical, outdoor activity that involves working with live animals in a natural environment. Our experiences are designed to be respectful of both riders and horses. Guests are expected to follow the guidance given by the instructor at all times.

Rider Requirements

  • Riders must generally be 12 years or older

  • Weight limit: 80 kg

  • Exceptions may be considered for experienced riders with prior communication

  • Riders should be in reasonable physical condition to participate in a riding activity

Equipment & Clothing

  • Helmets are mandatory and are provided

  • Closed-toe footwear is required

  • Long pants are strongly recommended
    Guests who arrive without appropriate footwear may not be able to ride.

Instructor Guidance

All riding sessions are supervised. Riders agree to follow the instructor’s guidance throughout the experience, including instructions related to handling, mounting, riding, and dismounting.

Photography & Video

We may take photos or short video clips during experiences for instructional feedback or to share everyday life on the farm.
If you prefer not to appear in any publicly used images or videos, please let us know — we are always happy to respect your preference.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all visitors have their own travel insurance that covers participation in outdoor and sporting activities.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Our rides take place early morning or late afternoon. We work around weather conditions where possible, including during the wetter seasons. Short rain showers are common and often pass quickly. Guests are advised to bring a change of dry clothing in case of rain.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrival may reduce riding time, as sessions are carefully scheduled around horse welfare and daylight conditions.

Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to horse or instructor availability, guests will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
